"My cycles throttle cable snapped about 25 miles from home. The initial tow dispatch thru the State Farm affiliate was assigned to a company a bit out of the way from me or my home, where I wanted the bike towed since I could eventually fix it myself, plus he was even further away at the time on another tow. I called Tylers office and both Don and Steve were a big help in contacting the affiliate to get that tow cancelled and another assigned that was closer. About 40 minutes later the truck was there and I was back home in another 40. Only had to pay a small fee since I was just outside the distance my policy allowed. VERY Satisfied with how it all went.
